Here’s what you need to know about Making Cocktails/Mocktails with our infusers.
To make a mocktail, infuse with hot water, juice or tea (not recommended for sangria mix). To make a cocktail, infuse with your favorite spirit. Infusions are best after 1-3 days. If you need it quicker, try heating the spirit. Strain and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks (this is the safe bet but we have definitely used them after 2 weeks and no one’s face fell off).
When making a cocktail/mocktail, your infusion replaces the alcohol and sweetener in the cocktail recipe. If the recipe calls for simple syrup or juice, add water in a 1:1 ratio. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 oz rum and 1 oz peach mango simple syrup…add 1 oz peach mango rum infusion and 1 oz water.
Chocolate Espresso
Pairs best with vodka — but you could try whisky, rum, or tequila too.
Jalapeño Pineapple
Pairs best tequila but can also be used with rum, gin, white wine, seltzers, and other light spirits.
Summer Sangria
Pairs best with a dry, crisp, acidic white, rosé, or sparkling wine. For the love of all things worth drinking, please do not use a Chardonnay!
Peach Mango
Pairs with most anything! Clear spirits, brandy, whisky, wines, seltzers, and more.
Strawberry Basil
Pairs best with any clear spirit, seltzers, sparkling, white or rosé wines,
Bloody Mary Maker
Pairs best with vodka but you could also try gin or a blanco tequila
Them Apples
Pairs best with rum, vodka, whiskey, or boubon
Pumpkin Spice Espresso
Pairs best with vodka — but you could try whisky, rum, or tequila too.
Cider Infuser
Add cider and your choice of spiced rum, brandy, or bourbon
Red Sangria
Pairs best with red wine and orange liquor or brandy.
