Peach Mango

You can use your infusion with any recipe!

To make a mocktail, infuse with hot water (not recommended for sangria mix). To make a cocktail, infuse with your favorite spirit. Infusions are best after 1-3 days. If you need it quicker, try heating the spirit. Strain and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks (this is the safe bet but we have definitely used them after 2 weeks and no one’s face fell off).

When making a cocktail/mocktail, your infusion replaces the alcohol and sweetener in the cocktail recipe. If the recipe calls for simple syrup or juice, add water in a 1:1 ratio. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 oz rum and 1 oz peach mango simple syrup… add 1 oz peach mango rum infusion and 1 oz water.

Peach Mango Martini

1.5 oz peach mango infused vodka

1 oz orange liqueur

1 t. lemon juice

2 oz water

Ice

  • Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

  • Strain and pour into chilled martini glass and garnish as desired

Peach Mango Punch Spritzer

2 oz peach mango infused spirit (any one would be great!)

3 oz fruit juice of your choice (pineapple, orange, lemonade, etc)

top off with citrus soda or seltzer (or hard seltzer) and serve over ice

Peach Mango Bourbon Zing

2 oz peach mango infused bourbon

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz lime juice

1 oz water

3 oz ginger beer

Ice

  • Add bourbon, lemon, lime, and water to cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously

  • strain into highball glass , top with ginger beer and garnish as desired

Sunset Mocktail

6 oz peach mango infused coconut water or green tea

1 oz lemon or lime juice

.5 oz grenadine

Ice

  • add infusion to pint glass and fill glass with ice

  • layer citrus juice on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon

  • then layer grenadine on top

  • garnish with fruit and an umbrella (obviously)
