Jalapeño Pineapple

You can use your infusion with any recipe!

To make a mocktail, infuse with hot water (not recommended for sangria mix). To make a cocktail, infuse with your favorite spirit. Infusions are best after 1-3 days. If you need it quicker, try heating the spirit. Strain and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks (this is the safe bet but we have definitely used them after 2 weeks and no one’s face fell off).

When making a cocktail/mocktail, your infusion replaces the alcohol and sweetener in the cocktail recipe. If the recipe calls for simple syrup or juice, add water in a 1:1 ratio. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 oz rum and 1 oz peach mango simple syrup… add 1 oz peach mango rum infusion and 1 oz water.

Spicy Pineapple

Margarita

2 oz jalapeño pineapple infused tequila blanco

1 oz orange liqueur

1 oz lime juice

1 oz water

Ice

sea salt or tajìn to rim glass is desired

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously 15-20 seconds

  • Rim glass if desired and strain shaker into glass.

Jalapeño Pineapple

Smash 

2 oz jalapeño pineapple infused vodka or rum

juice from 1/2 lime

3 oz pineapple juice

Ice

  • Add ice to highball glass

  • Add pineapple juice and lime juice

  • Add infused vodka

  • Stir and garnish as desired

Tropical Bonfire

2 oz jalapeño pineapple infused tequila

1 oz Malibu Rum

2 oz pineapple juice

juice from 1/2 lime

1 oz seltzer or prosecco

  • Add tequila, rum, lime, and pineapple juice to an ice-filled glass

  • Stir, top with seltzer or prosecco and garnish as desired

Spicy Tropics Mocktail

4 oz infused orange or pineapple juice

juice from 1/2 lime

3 oz ginger beer

Ice

  • Add juices to a highball glass of ice

  • Top with ginger beer and garnish as desired
