Them Apples

You can use your infusion with any recipe!

To make a mocktail, infuse with hot water (not recommended for sangria mix). To make a cocktail, infuse with your favorite spirit. Infusions are best after 1-3 days. If you need it quicker, try heating the spirit. Strain and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks (this is the safe bet but we have definitely used them after 2 weeks and no one’s face fell off).

When making a cocktail/mocktail, your infusion replaces the alcohol and sweetener in the cocktail recipe. If the recipe calls for simple syrup or juice, add water in a 1:1 ratio. For example, if a recipe calls for 1 oz rum and 1 oz peach mango simple syrup… add 1 oz peach mango rum infusion and 1 oz water.

Apple Pie Martini

2 oz water, apple juice, or apple cider

1.5 oz infused vodka (Also try vanilla or whipped cream vodka)

Ice

  • Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

  • Strain and pour into chilled martini glass

  • Garnish with Apple slice if desired. You can also line the inside of the glass with caramel before pouring.

Forbidden Fruit

1.5 oz infused rum or vodka

1 oz lemon juice

2 oz water or apple juice

1 T maple syrup

Ice

  • Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

  • Rim a highball glass with maple syrup (or lemon) and cinnamon sugar

  • Pour from shaker and top with soda water, ginger beer, or favorite fizzy beverage and garnish with cinnamon stick

Them Apples

1.5 oz infused bourbon

1 oz water

3 oz apple cider

4 oz hard cider

  • Build drink over ice and stir gently

apple Mocktail

2 oz infusion (use hot water, tea, or juice in place of alcohol and infuse for 30 minutes)

1/2 cup apple juice

1/2 cup sparkling water

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Splash of grenadine

Ice

  • Build drink over ice in your favorite mocktail glass

  • Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon stick
